Every journey into parenthood is unique and filled with excitement. Whether you’re growing a big belly, preparing for a birth, navigating the adoption process, or embarking on the beautiful complexities of postpartum life, I’m here to help.

I currently offer:

Birth

Care

Our work together will start with a free 30-minute conversation to see if we’re a good match. Finding your perfect doula is so important and if it’s not me, I support you in finding someone else who may fit your needs better.

If we choose to work together, we will schedule two prenatal visits to prepare in any way that feels good to you. This could be developing a birth plan together, nesting and preparing your space, going over any questions you have, and even practicing labor positions and ways a partner can support during labor. This is your time - it can look however you need it to. I will also be available to you over text or email to answer any questions.

By getting to know each other before labor, I will know much better how to support you. No one-way-fits-all when it comes to birth. Maybe you need a quiet distraction free peaceful zone. Maybe you want music and dancing and playfulness. Maybe you just want someone to help you navigate a hospital setting.

Whatever your birthing needs and goals are, I will support you in achieving them.

Starting at 36 weeks I will be on-call 24/7 and arrive within an hour of your call. I will stay and support your entire labor and birth journey until a few hours after birth no matter what happens.

After your baby comes, we will see each other (at least) two more times to integrate your birth and get the support you need immediately postpartum. This can be a beautiful and challenging time and I will continue to be there for you during your transition.

Birth Doula Services:

  • Free initial consultation

  • 2 Prenatal Visits (1-2 hours each) in your home

  • Regular virtual support to answer any questions

  • 24/7 On-call preparedness for your labor starting at 36 weeks

  • Continuous labor support

  • 2 Postpartum Visits (1-2 hours each) in your home

Cost: $1500-$2000 sliding scale

Care

Postpartum

The “fourth trimester” is an often extremely overlooked and under-supported time in a new parent’s journey. Society expects parents to “get back” to daily life as soon as possible, when this postpartum period is a special and sacred moment for rest, nourishment, integration and bonding.

Postpartum care will always be tailored to your needs but can include support such as:

  • Postpartum planning and prepping.

  • Nutritional and medicinal care including resources, meal prep, herbal sits baths, homemade salves and more.

  • Light housework such as dishes, sweeping, tidying, and making your “nest” feel clean and lovely.

  • Overnight infant care and parent support

  • Caring for the newborn or siblings so parents can have a moment for self-care or rest.

  • Helpful tasks such as walking a dog, running errands, getting groceries.

  • Support and resources for breast, chest or bottle feeding.

  • Gentle comfort massage and healing touch.

  • Mental health support and resources

Postpartum Doula Services:

  • Day hourly rates are $30-35 sliding scale

  • Night hourly rates are $35-40 sliding scale

  • A package of 12 hours is $300-$350 sliding scale

  • A package of 40 hours is $1000-$1200 sliding scale

  • If more postpartum care is desired, reach out!

*Packages can be broken up however you like within a 3 month period after birth - with a two-hour minimum per visit)

Other Offerings

Belly Casting

Cherish your pregnant belly forever with a hand-made and hand-painted belly cast! It’s such a great way to memorialize your pregnancy, create art from your body and enjoy the care to your body! I always include a nice foot soak, snacks and an enjoyable experience before your baby arrives.

Cost: $100 cast & $200 with cast hand painted

Pregnancy & New Family
Film Photography

I’ve always loved the richness and depth of film photography in capturing life’s special moments. We all have an overabundance of quickly-snapped shots, but I will create a slow, careful and beautiful photoshoot with your pregnancy or new family. I usually capture a roll of black and white and a roll of color. Let’s get creative! I process the film and will deliver the photos to you digitally.

Cost: $150-$250 for 2 hour photoshoot, film processing, printed photos, and digital delivery
